I’d disagree; as Piano said, try to teach them your values, or values you’d like them to have, instead of telling them to have certain personality traits

Values are more like morals and the such than personality
If you're a beginner, and I'm guessing you are based on the channel choice, I'd personally suggest not trying to consider online time and tulpa time interchangeable. I think you need dedicated legitimate offline time for tulpa development, especially in the beginning.
I’ve been...I’d call it mentally exploring, I guess? And I sketched out what I’ve seen so far, probably not how one normally goes about planning their wonderland but idk, it makes me feel more at ease, especially since I can always just erase it and change it later...

Something about this makes me feel really stupid though...
One neuron can be part of many, many, different chains holding far more than just one memory
12:41 AM
As such, depending one chains are activated, previous pathways that had gone unused for a long time might get reactivated again

It's like when one day you smell fresh baked cookies and bam! You remember being 2 years old running over to see grandma as she's pulling cookies out of the oven who you haven't thought of for a decade
I wouldn't jump to conclusions based on things like theories about neural pathways, how neurons work , and so on. On a high level, where things you have already done can be observed to be easier to re-learn, we can speak, but on the lower level I am more skeptical.
So I have a friend who is also working on a tulpa and he is having some difficulty in trying to stay focused while active forcing, and being focused in his wonderland. He has these thoughts that and actions that pop into his head and they disturb him from active forcing. He's afraid that these thoughts and actions may hurt his tulpa. I want to ask if any of you experienced something like this, and what you did to stop it from happening.(edited)
He wouldn't want to transition would he?? I am ok with him dressing up in men's clothes, but I dont think I want to take hormones for it if we did switch for a long time
[Well, I can't speak for him(you'd have to ask him for that). But transitioning doesn't seem like the kinda thing you do without the main fronters agreement?]
You can also think of tulpas as recombinations of self, if that helps.

In that case, most tulpas, since they ideally will develop to a level of complexity comparable to the host (owner of the body), will understand things like transitioning etc
